    So easy to setup and sync my iPhone to the iPad. Reading articles so much nicer making the text bigger. Pictures big and clear and so easy to transport from dinning table to living room chair. Very happy with purchase.

    The time itself has worked well, the sound is optimal. However, the customer service I received was HORRIBLE! Aiden, seemed to be upset that I wanted my items in an undamaged box and proceeded to throw my AirPods and IPad Air on the counter. When I politely handed the item back to him, he became angry, yet, shocked that he did not get e reaction out of me for such appalling behavior. I love Best Buy, but hate the service I received for such a large purchase.
