    Love it. Need to purchase a better cover. The salesman I had was awesome. Very informative and helped me with my decision. The only issues I have had is it pairing with my iPhone. Several issues going on there but that’s an Apple problem.

    It's an amazing piece of hardware. Too bad it disconnects from wifi sometimes, but it can be any number of things like an iOS bug or an app bug. I don't think it's because it was refurbished.

    I bought this product open box, and wanted to buy something that was cost-effective and useful for studying. So far, after almost a week of usage, the product has exceeded my expectations and provided me with valuable assistance and screen space to manage the different aspects of my studies. The screen size is pretty big compared to the 11 inch, so keep that in mind when purchasing.
