Love this Ipad

Why did I wait so long?

The iPad Air is intuitive almost to a fault. The few times I've had a question 'Siri' was ready to help me through it. I definitely am happy with this machine.

I was informed during the transaction that if I purchased Applecare+ that I would receive a $100 gift card for the promotion. I waited the 15 days without receiving the gift card and contacted customer service. After talking with 3-4 different associates, I was informed that I should be receiving the $100 in certificate’s. I received a call from the store manager the next day and she informed me that I would only be receiving $75 in certificate’s because the promotion was different than the one the first associate told me. I agreed with some disappointment, but only received 2 certificates for $25 each. I then contacted customer service again on the 4th of April and was told that the other 2 certificates for $25 each, would be sent to me within the next 24-72 hours, and to call back if I didn’t receive them. This also did not happen so I called customer service on the 7th and was told that the $100 was on my membership and the store would see that when I made another purchase. I did make another purchase on the 7th and was told by the store manager that all I had in my account was the first 2 $25 certificates and that was that. Needless to say, I will not be purchasing any more items from BestBuy. Thank you Dee currah
