    An amazing tablet but lame computer. Even with ios 26 it does not come close to a laptop replacment for some people.

    Excellent product, salesperson was great, the Geek Squad charge for set up was way over the top…..I was surprised at Best Buy….it will pause my decisions about future purchases at Best Buy…

    iPad display did not exist as the store had been recently robbed and replacement display was not yet active. Salesman helped as best he could and a decision was made to buy IPad and attachable key board. iPad was not immediate set up but returned a couple of days later and the Geek tech was very helpful. Apart from the lack of demo product, purchase was good.

    Screen quality was really nice. For what I wanted to use it for it was a little too big so I ended up exchanging it for the 11 inch. If someone wants to use it with the Magic Keyboard then it would’ve been perfect.
