I haven’t received the item yet. That why you shouldn’t use FedEx. The package has been in Denver for a week now. Every time someone uses FedEx it gets lost in Denver. Maybe if you made FedEx refund the purchase price and shipping charges something would change.

Great picture quality, the camera quality on this iPad is fantastic. The screen size is perfect for me and I couldn't have asked for a better battery life.

The low rating is because we requested the iPAD with cellular capability and the one we got is only Bluetooth $ WiFi.

So strange but I got a bad iPad Air M3. It died and then we couldn’t charge or fix it. I even had the geek squad check it. I am awaiting a replacement and then I will redo my review on the new iPad Air.

It was horrible. I still have not received the order. I tried calling customer service and was sent to India. This is horrible. Now it is having a problem delivering the second attempt. How hard can it be? This was a horrible experience and I will never shop at Best Buy again.

Awkward to hold very slow to charge not at all happy with this iPad

Came into the atore and thought we were talking to an associate and it turned out to be some guy from a mobile phone service trying to get us to switxh services!

It came with free Apple TV+ subscription but link doesn't work for me. Very sad.

Just don;t buy 8GB RAM I don't Know it got hangged for two days and I cannot restart as well .

Bought this for an artist to try Procreate because Adobe has become insanely expensive. Compared to her Wacom One 10", she loves how accurate the Apple Pen Pro is, she absolutely loves the screen and the instantaneous response rate, she isn't really a fan of Apple stuff as such, but this device has completely sold her. As an artist who produces art for a living, Procreate + a 13" iPad Air has given her an amazing toolkit, even better than Wacom's own devices in this price range. You can probably use it for Photoshop too, if you care to.

I really love the size. I always had smaller ipads but this one is perfect. i bought a keyboard case and its litterally like a laptop when i need it to be.

Perfect size and love the purple color. Love the size of the print because I have poor vision and needed bigger print than what is on my iPhone. Also, not too big to carry with me wherever I go.
