Purchased for family business use after “wearing out” an old gen 2 iPad. Data migrated effortlessly and the greater capacity and screen size all wins for us! We had great in store service and the iPad was everything it was promised to be, highly recommend the extra cost for both experience and comfort of use.

This a very powerful tool. Built for Apple Intelligence you can quickly scan documents, send photos, easily take screenshots, etc. edit and send in rapid speed. I previously had a 11 inch iPad but this 13 inch combined with Apple Magic Keyboard & Apple Pencil Pro is a great computer experience.

This ipad is definitely a luxury device. With a price tag to match. But it's really awesome! And well worth the price. Its like having small thin tv with you. Everywhere you go. Id definitely recommend it

This iPad is awesome. I am a musician in school and this paired with the pen and paper like screen protector is awesome!!!! Reading music on this is also pretty good.

I have an older iPad with the 10” screen. I really wanted to use the new one to read music and the 13” screen is fantastic for that! I got the new one on sale, which is good because Apple products are pretty expensive. Would definitely recommend.

This experience was a series of good and bad issues, so bear with me.
Good: I purchased this 13" iPad Air at Best Buy on sale. They had my color choice in stock.
Bad: The iPad's wifi was defective, toggling on and off every 5 seconds. I have never experienced a defective Apple product!
Good: I brought it into Best Buy, and the very busy Geek Squad Technician broke away for a minute to hear about the wifi issue and declared it was defective, and I can return it for another one.
Bad: I took it the returns counter and they did not have another unit in stock. I would have to place an order for another one, but she said their computer would not allow her to order it at the sale price. She said I could take this up with the REGIONAL MANAGER.
Good: The regional manager just happened to be in the store, assisting another customer with a complicated transaction, and I waited around 10 minutes. He was a very pleasant person, and quickly resolved the pricing issue, and ordered the replacement. So he saved the day!
Bad: What if the RM wasn't in the store. What would have been my recourse? Take the defective iPad to Apple?
Good: The replacement unit arrived at my house before noon of the next day, as the regional manager had stated. I was very pleased with that outcome from the RM.
Not so Good: New iPad: While everything worked on the replacement iPad, for whatever reason, during the initial setup it required an update to the new and reportedly buggy IOS26. We have noticed that the iPad does exhibit the bugs, such as sluggish touch response or screen lockups, it is also not as stable and requires us to turn it off and on again more often than our other iPads. During the initial setup of the first unit, the update to IOS26 was not required, and was not chosen due to my aversion to reports of its bugs. Something to keep in mind until a better version of IOS is released.
