The 13 inch iPad Pro is especially pleasant to travel with. The quality of the screen coupled with the quality in the sound is awesome.

All the variants of the product was available in the store. So no disappointment while purchasing. Representative from Apple was available in the store to brief about the product and suggesting the apple care options both Best Buy and their own. Overall the store experience was very good and satisfying.

Great Ipad, but item was not as described. I purchased an open box-excellent condition. It was a used ipad with no original packaging and shipped with a random cord and random box.

My new ipad pro 2024 M4 13" is amazing. The features and the specifications are unbelievable, interacting efficiently with my laptop and my others devices. The handwriting and AI propreties allow me to handle easily professional activities and study researchers. So, immediately buy another one for my child, student at college.

The iPad Pro is so much better than my old iPad. The larger screen is easier to see and much better clarity. I love it.

No help setting up. I purchased 3 items but had to schedule 3 visits to accomplish but didn’t include data transfer! I thought when I purchased the premium plan it would include data transfer??

You can never go wrong with Apple (except the iPhone 16 Pro Max). Mainly use this for construction plans which is great if you are having to mark up changes or doing As-Builts. Very easy to set up and use

I love my new iPad. It charges quickly battery life lasts longer than my old one and does everything I possibly could want it to do. It’s awesome.

Had original I pad pro which still works but battery became inconsistent and couldn’t be replaced. New M4 pro was automatic in exchanging info/settings with older model, works w former blue tooth keyboard, and the facial recognition, Siri function and potential AI assists begin the next generation of utility.
