    I love it only the screen seems to be smaller than the previous 12.9 the size is perfect but would have loved it a bit larger?

    The items are really good, but the customer service at Best Buy is one of the worst. People should avoid buying from Best Buy Online. They don't care about customers. I can only say the products are good
