No help setting up. I purchased 3 items but had to schedule 3 visits to accomplish but didn’t include data transfer! I thought when I purchased the premium plan it would include data transfer??

I’m giving 4 stars right now because I haven’t had it that long so my experience with all that it can do is minimal at this time. I do like the bigger screen. The colors are sharper. Note: Make sure when you first try to transfer your data from another iPad to it, they must have the same iOS update.

Much better screen than the mini led….mini led was terrible for bloom

Great Ipad, but item was not as described. I purchased an open box-excellent condition. It was a used ipad with no original packaging and shipped with a random cord and random box.

I was ready to replace my old iPad Pro. And I saw it was on sale. It was the best price I saw available. Luckily I purchased when I did. The only issue I had was I couldn’t find on the website when the sale ends. Which it did a couple of days later. It was, as usual an easy process to purchase online and pick-up. Easy peasy.

Screen is easy to watch. Clear and sharp. Fast downloads.

I bought this ipad for my daughter and she absolutely loves it a lot she loves everything about the ipad especially when she can split screens on it i would absolutely buy this again for my son but yeah overall it has great quality!
