Excellent product. Best Buy made the purchase simple, easy, and efficient.

This was a late Birthday gift from my husband and what a joy it is! More functional, bigger screen, more compatible with what I do and what I’m using at home, sleek and I wished I had about it sooner you won’t be disappointed.

Bigger than what I thought it would be. I have an old 12.9 and I figured 13 inch would be close to that size but it was bigger then expected. Which is a great thing! The quality and picture is amazing!

So far the IPad has been more than even expected. Great equipment and functional.

This thing is a powerhouse. First off, the OLED screen is absolutely beautiful. Bright colors with dark darks. Paired with the magic keyboard, and this thing is absolutely a laptop replacement.

Just replaced my Gen 3 IPad Pro 12.9 which was starting to get a little quirky and I couldn’t be happier. This IPad Pro 13” is so much lighter and colors are really vivid. It is also a good bit faster than my old one. Set up was a breeze and I was up and running in minutes. So far I’m very pleased with this purchase and I hope it lasts as long and as trouble free as my last one. Purchased it on line and Best Buy had it delivered 2 days later as promised.

I am never disappointed with Apple products. With additional incentives from Best Buy, it makes it well worth purchasing from them. This new iPad is so much quicker and the screen is much sharper than my old mode. I also love the larger screen size.

I bought. Table over the phone and went to pick it up and went to the Geek squad and ask them if they could help me set it up. I’ve never had so much customer service in a place like I had that day. Not only did they set it up they took the time to teach me how to use it. They took up a lot of time with me and they didn’t have too. I even bought I think what they called a Magic Keyboard.. I’ve also bought an Apple Watch from them a few months earlier and the guy that sold it to me was just as nice and had great customer service. I wish I had gotten their names but I’ll never forget them. Will buy everything I need from the Best Buy Newnan Ga store from now on. Can’t express enough for the great customer service both times.

The Eden Prairie outlet is always my go to place whenever I need a new device. I will always recommend this place to everybody. They always have the most quality and new products at the best prices sometimes even better than Micro Center open box. The customer service there was also excellent. Everybody was very kind and willing to help me find what I needed. They even made recommendations that would save me money.
