Without going to specifics… It’s an iPad. Love the big size, plenty of memory. Battery Life is not as quite as long as I usually expect from an apple product, but still very good.
I would definitely recommend, and buy this many times over.

I order products and pick up products from the store all the time. I’ll be associates have been wonderful. They go above and beyond to make sure that My orders are complete and they also explain things for me if I need other items

Grinch ‘killed’ my iPad on Christmas Day but I was able to buy the newer model the next day. Service was quick and although it wasn’t in stock it was delivered in 2 days as promised.

I loved the interest-free financing for 24 months. It’s a great product that I can now afford, thanks to Best Buy’s credit card program. As long as I pay it within 2 years, I don’t have to worry about any interest :).

The display on this ipad is top of the line of any brand and the hard ware and software are of no match when compared. I don’t think there is anything else that this ipad cannot compute.

Great iPad and amazing screen!! Ordered one without Cellular but Best Buy was great yesterday and returned and ordered correct one with cellular. AJ at the store in west Omaha was amazing!!

I would give negative stars if I could. I purchased an iPad for my dad for Father’s Day. The night before I applied for a Best Buy card to take advantage of their 18 month interest free financing. I was immediately approved and my order was paid for and processed for an in-store pick up the following day.. Upon arrival at the store the following day, the iPad and accessories I purchased were not able to be located, then at checkout I was told there was a financial issue with the credit card, despite the documentation provided to them that I was approved and the items were paid for. They attempted an I attempted to call the credit card company, and no one answered. The associate there then suggested that I cancel my online order and purchase the items in store using my drivers license to look up my credit account. If there was a financial problem, attempting to purchase the items in store using the same credit card number should have experienced the same financial problem, but for some reason it didn’t. I canceled my online order, and re-purchased the items in the store, only then to discover the store price was more than the online price. What was supposed to be a 15 minute pick up, turned into 3 1/2 hours in the store due to various complications. The manager finally agreed to price match the online order price, and even suggested that I contact customer service for additional compensation. Upon receiving my credit card statement, it appears the price was never adjusted. Today, upon contacting customer service as instructed, I was told that they are unable to help or provide any compensation.
