Best Buy not honoring trade in promise

Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I am still trying to get the trade in value of the iPad I bought from Best Buy, and they are giving me a terrible runaround and not helping me and I have not yet received the value of my trade in as promised by Best Buy.

IPad Pro M4 13’ - Best hybrid device in market!!

Seamless navigation across different applications and windows, really responsive with no appreciable lag and screen OLED brings resolution, contrast and brightness to another level. On top of the above, Apple’s convenience across their product lineup makes this tablet with no competency.

New Apple I-Pro 13’’ total piece of Crap.

I called Apple Support and tech blamed it on Microsoft. THE PROBLEM IS APPLES PROBLEM DUE TO NEW UPDATE.

Poor packaging destroyed product
