I bought the new 13-inch iPad Pro M4 to replace my 11-inch iPad Air 3. I have been using a digital pen for years without any issue with my iPad Air and I bought the same one for my new iPad Pro. Right away there were problems with the new pen on the iPad Pro, so I tried my older pen. Same problems. I doesn't write smoothly and just stops working for no apparent reason. Very disappointing. I feel as though Apple is trying to force me into paying 5 times more for an Apple pen. Using a nonApple pen shouldn't be a problem, especially when the pen works fine with my iPad Air. So, I'm still using my iPad Air a lot more than I am using my new iPad Pro. Not seeing why I paid $1,400+ for it.

I’m really enjoying my new iPad Pro 13” M4. I’m adjusting to size upgrade from my iPad 11” M2. Im looking forward to the new functionalities in the new SW release.

I like the size at 13 inches just wish there were more descriptions of applications and how to use them.

After years my previous IPAD purchased quit. Within a couple hours I had purchased a new IPAD and the Best Buy Geek Squad set it up for me. I count on Best Buy Signal Hill for the Best Service and Geek Squad support.

This is not a personal review as this item was purchased as a gift and used by another. That said, it was exactly what she described as wanting to replace her older 9.7" iPad that she could no longer update with the current IOS upgrades. She was more than pleased with the gift she received. In terms of delivery, it was received well-packaged and protected from any potential damage and was delivered a day earlier than projected. All-in-all, I was well pleased with the results.
