Loved it, Top of the line m4 makes more fast and easy

Finally, something new to replace my 2018 iPad Pro.

Prior to leaving on a business trip, I explained to the Best Buy salesperson my business and would he recommend the iPad Pro M4 or the HP - OmniBook X Flip. I explained that I own a travel agency, currently work off of an HP Desktop in the office, copy everything to an external hard drive, but travel frequently and must be able to work from wherever I am at with those saved files, creating more files, so on and so on. He suggested the iPad instead. When I then got to my travel destination, I quickly learned this iPad would simply not work for my business. Below you will see that I would recommend this item, however, not for anyone that travels on business and relies on an external hard drive to pull up needed files.

I loved this I pad but I could not see the top or bottom of google docs page you really need to fix that

So far it’s exactly what I needed. It’s definitely expensive but it will be used a lot.

Received a day later than stated but arrived in good condition. The iPad itself is great!

Third iPad Pro and worst one of all. Slide with finger doesn’t work half the time within pages or when wanting to close out and go to another app!

WAS TOLD AT PURCHASE I COULD MAKE PAYMENT WITH GIFT CARDS VALUE AT $450 IN SYORE UPON ARRIVAL IN DETROIT, AT STORE THEY SAID NO IN SOUTHFIELD MICH MAKING ME REDEEM ENTIRE TRANSACTION WITH THE COMPUTER IN STORE AND REPURCHASE NOT FUN AND HAD TO PAY MORE MONEY TO BUY AGAIN

It is a nice $2000 web tablet if all you need is a web browser. Might be useful for photo or music but if you want to use it as a convenient laptop alternative forget it. Even with the keyboard it is not useable for development despite the m4 chip. No java, no IDE, etc. Same is true of android tablets though but fir the price get s latop.

The bluetooth has a very small range of about 6ft.

Id give the ipad a zero if possible. Utterly unusable. Customer service gets a two, given that i was told two different things. Im not shopping here again.

I have been a huge fan of iPad from day one. I just can't justify a very expensive price for a pro model anymore when the cheaper air can accomplish the same given the OS constraints. It's really not worth upgrading to the 2024 pro until they fix the OS.

I am still trying to get the trade in value of the iPad I bought from Best Buy, and they are giving me a terrible runaround and not helping me and I have not yet received the value of my trade in as promised by Best Buy.

I was excited to receive my new iPad Pro 13" replacing an older iPad Pro. The transition was very time consuming and difficult.

Buy this from somewhere that isn't Best Buy. Other than the BB experience, this thing is great!
