This was an open box item which I bought discounted. Would have cost me considerably more if I purchased at the Apple Store.

Poor quality assurance. Item ordered was an Open Box Apple 20W USB C Adapter. Item that arrived was 6ft charging cable. Now I have to go through hassle of return.

The whole fact that I have buy one these is a joke it’s not inner changeable not really saveing on the environment just way pony up more dough. The changer is completely different than the one I got with iPad at least the charger cane cord or as least same cable would have helped

After 2 months, just today the adapter is not functioning but the cord is good. I was thinking to go back to Queens mall store to get a new one as exchange, is it possible even i dont have the receipt but i have emailed received to give a review to the apple charger adapter.

This box is totally in uncalled for on Apple’s part. Really ? Do we need a new charger every other phone ?! The only piece that’s different is the box port; the phone port is the same for all previous phones. I purchased the 12 Pro Max.
