    It won’t update. We tried 5 different times and still won’t update. It is an open boxed item. But I don’t believe that should be a reason why it shouldn’t work properly

    Terrible experience. First, it took 2 months to get it. Second, the hard drive is destroyed and I have not been able to use it.

    Extremely slow. I have had it for a couple of months, and now it will not even turn on. Hopefully customer service will work with me to fix it or replace it. I wish I would've just saved up a little longer to buy something new.
