This iMac Desktop is really great. Such a sleek and pretty display. It was simple to set up and I was online pretty quickly. The screen is large and the keyboard is perfect with the touch keys. Nothing but good things to say about this unit. It was easy to unpack, plug in the keyboard and mouse (unlike the Logitech keyboard I special ordered with it). I was up and running within minutes, and with no down time. The unit is streamlined and takes up minimal space on my desk, and speaker system is great for my office. You won’t be sorry with this purchase.

It is defiantly the lower price range for a Mac but it still has all the bells and whistles of a mac. If you are wanting to get into a Mac you can not go wrong with this beauty. It is fast, has all the software of a more expensive Mac and will not break the bank. I highly recommend this Mac. If you are a gamer or maybe doing a lot of editing for photos or movies I would say maybe move up on the Mac chain a bit. If you are using it for paperwork or business then this is right up your alley.

I've only been using this new desk top for a week. So far it is great! So much clearer and faster than my old one. Best buys geek squad made the process of transferring data seamless. Zoom meeting is much better on the large screen then on my laptop. So far I am very happy with my purchase.

I absolutely love this computer!!! The screen is huge! The graphics are amazing and it’s so easy to use! Set up was a breeze!!!! My whole family loves it!

Another win from Apple. The SSD is very fast and responsive. I was concerned about the size of the SSD, but added an SD card so the total storage space is just fine. No strain even with a number of programs and tabs open. Would certainly recommend without reservation.

Nothing less than I what I expected for Apple. Super fast, and the technology is unmatched by any other competitor. The only thing I wish would change, is the ability to swap out the keyboard and mouse for the keyboard with numerical keypad and trackpad.

My granddaughter loves this item we bought her for Christmas. She is loving all the things she can do with it. Only hiccup was when she went to pick it up she was given a difficult time and was told she had to wait in a long line. She explained she was just there to pick up the item we had already paid for. She was finally able to get them to understand was allowed to pick up her computer.

I bought this iMac to replace my 2009 iMac that finally gave up after all the #COVID mess and home schooling. It is great for all the V-chats with sports teams and friends. I was really concerned about the small SSD but I was able to add on a 1TB SSD and velcro-ed it to the back to hold a large photo library. That external SSD setup is working great and I am so glad I did it that way at a fraction of the cost. If you want to get real nerdy, patrician the 1TB drive into 2, 300gig/650gig and use one for a TimeMachine backup. It is not the latest offering from Apple but these iMacs are workhorses and great for a family machine.

Fast, quick, and smooth but BUYER BEWARE!!! The operating system is new, the computer is new, but NEW means no changes since 2017!!! With Apple’s 5 year rule their Apple Care people told me to get a newer computer only to realize themselves that this is the newest computer!!! Ugh....

I purchased this machine with the expectation that I was purchasing the latest model. The add stated that this was the latest model Apple 21.5" iMac. When getting used to the machine, I looked at the machine specifics and it said that I had a 2017 model. This was disappointing. I was told I was getting the latest model. So now, I paid for the latest model but now have a machine that is almost 4 years old. I enjoy the machine, but the fact that it is an older model is extremely disappointing. It doesn't have the retina screen capability and the SSD is a flash drive. I thought I was paying for an SSD. Best Buy and Apple need to be up front about the age of the equipment that is being sold.

This Apple iMac works well. We replaced an older iMac and this one is so much faster. Easy to set up and has all you would expect from an Apple product.

Never owned a Mac Pc before, always built windows based, but after getting my iPhone and iPad, this was the next step. Great machine, easy to setup, really fast, easy to use, highly recommended.

THE MAC COMPUTER I JUST PURCHASED AND HAD A GEEK SQUAD TECH COME TO MOVE MY FILES FROM A PC TO THE MAC SEEMS TO WORK WELL... EXCEPT THAT AFTER 40+ YEARS USING PC'S IT TAKES TIME FOR A NEW MAC USER WHO IS CLOSING TO BE A IN HIS 90'S TO GET ADEPT AT THE MAC'S USE. That MAC is fantastic, no problems as the PC I have had have given me lately as Microsoft and Google have a "Update Diarrhea," whereas MAC does not seem to have such. The only problem I have is to learn how a MAC system operates and I have a problem of findinbg the files that were downloaded from my PC to the MAC system... I am able to get the hundreds of pictures I have but they are not in a way I had them, i.e. by dates... and all the files I had on my PC I know are somewhere in that MAC system, but I have a hard time finding them. The only "beef" I have with MAC is that I feel that Apple should include a user's Manual with the computer... MAC's are quite expensive compared to a PC, and I think that Apple would have been smart enough to include a user manual that I can open and read about how to do this and that! One nice thing I have found is that I can type in various languages and no longer use the ASCII keys if I compose a message or whatever in a different language in order to use a character that has a diacritical mark, and I will say that the way MAC helps doing that is great, good show!'I just hope that I will be able to find a manual that I can hold in my hands and peruse that will teach me how to use the MAC as I was able to do with a PC! That is about all I can say. My use of the MAC is only about 3 weeks old, thus I can;t say much..., I am able to receive and send emails to family and friends and go to sites I am used to such as financial and weather report sites... if only I could find an easy way to get to the files that were transferred from my PC to this MAC, I would be a happy camper! :-)

It’s a Mac. Ease of use and set up. Nice having a single piece, thus reducing clutter on my desk. I opted to use my wireless magic trackpad instead of the Magic Mouse.

I've been using Mac for 9 years now. I love it. And now that I use it more for business purposes (Photography), I find it awesome!

This slim iMac with a desktop monitor was perfect for new work-from-home situation. I was surprised at how fast and easy it was to set up. Apple knows what it is doing in regard to packaging and accessories. The wireless mouse immediately connected (there is a little "on" button on both the mouse and the keyboard, but the screen shows you where it is). With all of the screen time I basically have to do until who knows when, this upgrade from my laptop is perfect-- it is for the long haul.

I love the Apple desktop 21.5 inch iMac. I thought getting a smaller desktop (I had a much larger iMac from 2009) would make it more difficult, but I hardly even notice the difference in size. I am still getting use to all the changes that the Apple iMac does now that my old model did not do. But I am very happy with it and Best Buy and the Geek Squad could not have been easier to work with in picking the model and coming to my home to set it up and down load everything from my old model onto the new one. Thank everyone at Best Buy and the Geek Squad!!
