Absolutely love my Mac Desktop! Everything I could’ve ever wanted!

It has a beautiful display high resolution, streamlined and responsive.

I love my computer and I will enjoy for a long time

Co-worker is using this, and after a year we can clearly say that this computer is a work horse. This person works digital marketing and enjoys being able to look at these platforms and have everything running at the same time. It's a Mac so beware of the repairs and everything that comes with the baggage of Apple devices. Other than that, great device!

Easy to use just like all other apple products and runs smooth

The product is excellent. The documentation not so much. Setting it up is easy; plug it in and turn it on. Then the system walks you through the steps, but your options are not clear. For a person who is computer literate, it is not too difficult; but my wife, who is transitioning from an IPad, doesn’t understand the options and settings.

We have all Apple products & a few windows too, just incase. We love this MAC & my hubs found it to be VERY user friendly as he’s the dinosaur w/ the modern technology! So for him to find it user friendly says A LOT! Love most our Ape products & we have them ALL! :)

This is my 3rd iMac and I am never let down. Easy to set up. Effortlessly connects to any other apple products you’re using and easily connects to non-apple but compatible devices (such as our HP printer). Picks up wick from much further away than our windows laptop.

This was my first desktop in a long time. I was apprehensive about buying an IMac, but it only seemed logical since I used an iPhone and a MacBook Pro. I absolutely love my IMac! I haven’t had any problems at all. The service at Best Buy was great and they were very knowledgeable . I will definitely purchase there again.

This was a refurbished Mac when I bought it. It has been good.

So, I was using an iMac from 2011 and this one beats it hands down. I didn't like the style of the newest iMac, so this one looks much better. It has all the right ports I need and it boots much faster. I am one happy camper!

My girlfriend and I got this computer for a number of our business endeavors including video editing, logo making and much much more and so far it has not disappointed! Its fast and easy to use.

My new 21.5" iMac is terrific but it had some surprises. After I got it home I found out I did not have enough memory for my photos, I could not read CDs and DVDs, and I could not read my photo memory cards. For another $200+, I got external devices to cover all those needs, but it was all included with the old iMac. That was an unpleasant surprise. If I'd known in advance, I still would have bought it but could have planned a little better and not suffered as much down time.

Absolutely a great investment for my young child. The speed, capacity and pixel is awesome. She has consistently been on the computer since we purchased it a month ago from best buy. We describe what we were looking for and the team of sales representatives were knowledgeable and helpful.

Unless you plan on doing work in tons of CPU/Ram heavy applications. This i5 8gb ram is more than enough. Upgrading from a 2015 with twice the ram. This thing is still way faster. Comes with Catalina, so, you can also avoid the upgrade to Big Sur until all the bugs are worked out.

It has been awhile since I had a Mac. I’m very happy with this purchase. It has handled everything I have thrown at it with no problems. It’s very intuitive and simple to use. They have gotten even better. I’m glad the Best But associate helped me to find this
