Very Happy with my new I Mac. Easy to set up and it came with keyboard and mouse (wireless) that even I had no trouble setting up. Screen is very crisp and bright. I found it a bit too bright right out of the box but was simple to tone down a bit. Really handy to have the charging cables hooked in all the time and I find charging the keyboard and mouse a snap. My work space is much more organized with the I Mac.

Wow, the display colors are so beautiful, everything is so clear. It sure helps for aging eyes.

First let it be said that I loved my 24" iMac, early 2009. I was not able to replace it and the smaller screen better fitted my needs in retirement. The 21.5" screen is incredibly clear and defined with even color and crispness on the entire screen surface in movie mode. I am still getting used to the changes of programs that I had access to on my old iMac but as time wears on I learn what allows me to use the new machine to do what I want to see. My 24" unit went 11 years without ever powering down unless I was moving or purging a security issue. If this unit goes half that time I will be proud. I was very happy with best buy's sales unit and delivery process. Money well spent for me so far. I only wish the machine came with an instruction manual.

This is a magnificent computer - fast (for my purposes), gorgeous display, overall I'm really glad that I have purchased it and think it was well worth the cost.

Just switched to the Mac and the speed quality and ease is well worth the switch. Great Computer

This is my second iMac, One I for work and this is for play. I love this computer. So fast, the graphics are amazing and what can I say, it’s Apple!!

I purchased this computer to help out with teaching classes on line, and it has worked like a gem. no issues at all. I love MACs and will always use on in the future. I am used to how they function, and am very pleased with the speed of the computer. Of course, MACs are a lot more expensive than PC's, but they last a long time. My last MAC lasted 10 years.

It came in good conditions and I’m really enjoying my Mac, I bought it to use illustrator and photoshop and it’s perfect, is what I need it.

Purchase was made very easily with Best Buy. Easy set up from box to desk. Product works very good I would recommend to anyone looking at this product.

I bought this iMac as a refurb in "excellent" condition, and was a bit worried it wasn't "certified' by the Geek Squad. It turns out the computer was in perfect condition — with the plastic wrapping on it that suggests it was never taken out of the box. The desktop computer works super, replacing an older MacBook. I am totally satisfied. Value-wise, the computer was about $400 cheaper than the newest model.

My 2012 iMac 21" was still working but was slow and just bogged down with too many quirks that I could not repair. It served it's purpose and I bit the bullet and bought this new one with the Retina display (awesome). In typical Apple fashion, this machine was super easy to set up, runs fast, looks great, and I am completely satisfied with it. If I get 8 years out of this one I'll be a happy camper. I bought it from Best Buy because the price was the same as Apple direct, but I got the unit in 1 week instead of 7-8 weeks which is what Apple was quoting.

I purchased this iMac for my wife. It's her first experience with an iMac since she's only used Windows based PC's before. After giving her an hour or so lesson on the operation of MacOS I turned her loose and let her learn one the fly. This particular model is near the bottom rung of the Intel based iMacs. So set your expectations accordingly. You can't replace to upgrade the RAM or SSD unless you really want to preform what is akin to brain surgery on this iMac. It does just about everything you need to do well. If my wife didn't need that one piece pf software the runs on Windows and has no MacOS equivalent I would have gotten her the M1 iMac. That being said you can run Bootcamp on this (I run it from an external drive. There are many videos explaining how to do this.), It does run the native Apple apps well. We run the Microsoft Office suite and Quicken on it and it works great. So if you can get one on sale and need it for home or student use it a good investment.

Great desktop for business, love all graphics and all the apps I am able to download. And the speed is excellent, for the work I need to get done.
