You Can't Beat A MAC

Owned for 1 month when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.You can't beat a MAC for: (1) built-in virus protection -- you don't need additional virus protection; (2) Apple support -- no matter how old your MAC is, you can call the 800 number and get Apple support -- and you don't have to wait a long time usually. Other computers oftentimes offer MORE features but these two features above keep me coming back to MAC/Apple. There is a "learning curve" to a MAC but give it a chance.

Purchased 3 macOS Catalina books so I can learn the new file management system, and iCloud features. Bought a CD reader so I can use older games that I acquired. Not too happy with the perpetual App Store notes to continually buy more time, etc. for a game I thought was free. Apple games are nothing but a money grabber. There's FREE games and then there's 'free' games. They don't do a good job differentiating what is truly free from the 3 Month never ending game charges. You would think after paying a ton of money for the computer it would come with the games I saw at the store on the demo model. Need to review this in 6 months time to see how its going...

The keyboard, mouse, and power cords were all in excellent condition and function properly. The graphics, and speed are excellent, I will say the 27" is a huge screen with excellent pictures. It comes with a keyboard and mouse already, and once plugged both of them in, they paired to my computer right away and now I can use them cord-free! The setup was super easy and the desktop is extremely clean and no scratches or dents.

I Love my Apple 27” iMac with Retina!

I have an iPad Mini and an iPad Pro which I also love, but don’t like having to $250 for the batteries the iPads. It is taking me a little longer to learn where everything is and the new keyboard. It is very unlike my Apple Magic keyboard for my iPad Pro keyboard. I also have 2 HP desk top computers and while I am still getting acclimated to the iMac I have my old HP desk top and my iPad Pro working all at the same time on the same desk top.
