Owned many Macs in my day, this does not dissapoint. Build quality is top notch as usual. Performance of the Fusion drive is also very nice. 5k display looks amazing. Nothing but good to praise about this all in one.

Not much to say about this computer that hasn't already been said. My favorite part of this machine is the beautiful screen. Everything just works as expected. Love that the ram is easily upgradable. Probably the best value of any Mac out there, currently.

Apple products are super. Large screen helps because my eyes aren't the best. We had an older model and this works the same. Just plug it in and it works. I like the feel of the newer mouse. Even with the larger screen it doesn't feel like it is overpowering the desk/room

27 inch screen size and resolution is very good - I can watch sports in one big screen, or I can do two things open at the same time (word file and excel file open on one screen) and still large screen! The performance of it is just perfect or more than what I need. I also like that I pay less to get more performance to purchase desktop compared to purchasing laptop. If I say one drawback of this desktop compared to laptop, it would be that it is slightly slower to start up compared to laptop, but to me, it is not that important so I am happy with this computer.

Originally I bought the 21 in iMac and I returned it because it was too slow. This iMac is fast. It has the Fusion Drive which really makes a difference. At first I was a little doubtful that I would not be able to get used to the bigger screen but I found that having more screen space allows me to multitask much better. I am a designer so this really helps the efficiency of my work flow. The 5k screen looks amazing and the sound that comes out of the speakers is really good as well. I am extremely happy with this iMac and I am glad I choose to pay extra to upgrade. It was well worth it.

I have never owned a MAC and had reservations but it did not disappoint and I am extremely happy with the sleek design and quickness it has. I thought it would be hard to get used to the different operating system but if you feel this way you have no worries!

This was my wife's dream computer. Finally had the money to treat her to it, and wow, what a machine. The screen is beautiful, it runs so smoothly, and there's no bulky tower. Awesome computer

This computer is one of the BEST MAC computers that are made! It is extremely fast and the graphics are fantastic! The pixels are very small and any art work I do on this computer makes this feature a plus for sure.

Monitor is bigger than you think. Setting it up was easy; I thought that we would have to to call the GEEK SQUAD but we didn't. This computer is easy to move around and maneuver in. We made a great choice

I bought the 27” Mac to edit photography. I couldn’t be more happy. I’m much faster at turning around my clients’ galleries simply bc the screen is so big and the processor is so fast! I love it!

This is an awesome all in one computer. Fast processing. Large hard drive. 5k screen has outstanding detail. You get what you pay for and with this you get an outstanding computer in all aspects.

I purchased this to upgrade from my early 2009 iMac. This computer definitely has some noticeable improvement since. The screen resolution is so crisp, and the fusion drive is super fast.

After much debate, I pulled the trigger and got my first Mac. The primary use for this device is amateur video editting and music recording. I was talked into the 27 inch display and faster processor by the salesman. Cons: Obviously, apple products are notably more expensive than the comparable PC's but i did find an open box model that has worked out for me. Also, my wife and I found the mouse to have an odd response. I can't really describe it more eloquently then that. Try it's response for yourself, maybe it's just that we're used to PC. Pros: Very happy with the processing speed. You can alter aspects of your imovie project in live time and experience no lag time. For the most part, I'm editting travel videos that I captured using GoPro Hero 5 black in 1080p with occasional 4k. The brilliant 5k retina display is indeed worth the hype. I've only slightly dabbled with garageband so I can't speak earnestly about it. It appears to take evwrything I throw at it using my fender strat, emulating the effects pedal in live time. The built in audio is impressive compared to past PC tower speakers. The user interface is a very enjoyable experience, especially when simply looking at media on YouTube. I am very happy that I was talked into the faster model with the brilliant 27 inch screen. Overall, if you have a little extra cash in your pocket (or ok with their 12 month interest free financing) then this is the way to go. I tried to put it at 4.5 stars, deducting solely for price, but best buy site only allows full stars.

This is our second iMac. Our first was the smaller one about 7 years ago. It is still operational and we still use it almost daily but it is getting slower, so we needed an update and i found a New 27" open box and saved around $700. It is very fast and a pleasure to use for our home office. Love the big screen (Retina Too!!) especially as our eyes need more and more help as we get older. Never had a single issue with our first one, except for its slowing speed. we would have easily gone thru 2 windows computers by now, thats why we switched to iMac. We were tired of all the virus, and glitches... etc.

After having our previous Mac for about 8 years it was time to pull the trigger on upgrading. This Mac is incredible. What can I say you are either a Apple fan or your not and our family is a huge Apple fan, 3 iPhones, 2 iPads, 1 Macbook and now 2 Macs. All I can say is it is amazing Apple always makes a great product. Took a few minutes to talk the wife into the 27 but once we got it home she realized how worth it, it really was. The only hard thing is getting used to the small key board but that only took a few days.

We bought our first Mac back in 2008 and it is still clicking perfectly. I upgraded RAM a couple years ago but I wanted a newer, faster machine to carry us forward. My 6-yr old son will inherit the old one. This new one is great. Fast, Beautiful Screen, and it just works. I am still transferring some things over as I elected to do a manual conversion from the old iMac. I just wanted to start fresh and it has been fun!!!

This iMac was fast for the typical user but wasn't fast enough for me. I had to custom order a new iMac from Apple in order for it to handle the applications and settings I demanded. Though the iMac here was not what I hoped for, I think if you increase the RAM and only keep a few apps open, this iMac would be ideal for the standard end user. The display quality is superb nonetheless and sound is great.

I was hesitant to make the switch from a regular laptop to a Mac but I use an iPhone and iPad and thought a Mac would be perfect. Love the large screen. Fairly easy set up.

I had 3 PC before purchasing the iMac. I love this computer very fast well made and beautiful design. I love the magic mouse every part of this computer feels like quality.

This iMac is perfect for editing my photos. Detail views may be enlarged to fill the screen to enable making expert comparisons and artistic judgements. It is fast in all features and boots up in about 10 seconds, saving useful creative time throughout the day. Plenty of space for two or more large windows on the screen. It’s easy to work with four different kinds of programs open and accessible at one time.
