While the Retina screen is awesome, and the computer is very fast I returned mine. Reason? 1. Non adjustable height monitor. It didn't fit ergonomically at my desk. 2. Eyes had problems discerning some text. This is my issue and not Apple's but folks who have had cataract surgery should see one in person and make sure you can read it okay. Take your time and really analyze how it looks to you. 3. After careful consideration, I didn't feel it was worth the money in MY case. I am staying with my lower resolution adjustable height monitor.

Bit the bullet and bought this iMac to supplement my MacBook Pro. Fusion Drive is super fast, it runs nearly silent, and of course - that screen! Could stare at it all day. This iMac truly was a great value - a 5k display alone could cost as much at this.

It is a Mac, what else can I say? I recommend buying MS Word.

I've only had it for a few weeks, but so far, it's been running very smoothly. Great computer for a graphic designer

You know what you are getting when you buy an Apple product. I purposely bought the 2TB hard drive because it came with a much larger portion of flash than the 1TB. I believe it was 128GB of flash with the 2TB and only 24GB of flash with the 1TB. Performs amazingly well. I had my last iMac for 8 years and it wasn't even one of the higher end ones. Plus I only got rid of it to upgrade to this one (and I got $174 in trade in value through Best Buy). If you have the money I strongly believe, at least from my experiences, that Apple products are great investments. The higher up front costs are recouped through the long life of the products.

I've wanted the iMac 27" for years, but just now made it happen...display is just amazing, and like every Mac, the OS is second to none. AppleCare is a must for me on every apple device I own. no wonder their 1st in customer service : ). in time I'll add more ram, but for now it's doing everything I throw at it : )

I initially bought this computer to do my photography work on, but it has turned into a family computer. My kids love the 5K retna display because movies and photos look amazing on it. It is a work horse and has enough memory for anything you can throw at it. Hasn't slowed down a bit. Buy it and you won't regret it.

We currently have it side by side with our old 27" iMac. The difference in the picture quality of the screens is amazing!

Had never had Mac computer. Extremely easy to set up

I purchased this computer for my video editing business and ended up taking it back to have The Geek Squad Max the machine out on RAM. It is now a super machine and I am super happy with this purchase

What else can we all say? Mac is quality and this product is no different. Display is jaw dropping.

This is replacing a 9 year old iMac. Talk about night and day. Fast, quite, beautiful screen and fun to use. I can't tell you how wonderful it is to stare at this screen and not have your eyes feel like sandpaper after using it for awhile. I highly recommend this to anyone wanting to upgrade.

My household and knowledge has always been PC's but my husband wanted to try a Mac for our new home computer. Now we have iPhones and iPads and they have been pretty easy to use, but I was hesitant on changing to a Mac for the home computer. I am use to all the shortcuts that PC's do and not at all familiar with the iMac. Well let me tell you that it was the best decision we made. It is actually easier to set up than a PC and the software is easy as well. They have their own version of Microsoft office that seems the same, but I did purchase Office for the Mac. My husband loves it because it is just like his iPhone and iPad and he knows how to maneuver through it.

All very good except for the Apple-supplied software, which has a hole or two in its capabilities. A bit pricey as well, but no troubles with the hardware at all.

Great computer right out of the box . It came preloaded with all advertised software and set up was easy.

I've always used PCs before and now I love the MAC. Never thought I'd say that but overall quality and speed is awesome. Easy to use and it doesn't have all the bulky wires and extra boxes to clutter my desk is a plus.
