My previous Mac had 500 GB hard drive and the startup disc got full in 5 years. I never had any problem with the old Mac, except when it couldn't start and got black its screen. I got that problem fixed, but it would need at least 1TB hard drive to work properly again. Hopefully, my new Mac won't have this problem for at least 10 years from now because of its 2TB Fusion Drive!!! It is quick and has beautiful big screen, amazing colors as well.

People are right when they say "you get what you pay for". The Apple hardware and software work like a charm together, the Fusion drive is super fast, and the 5K monitor is a gorgeous display. You can even run Windows 10 under Parallels and Office straight under Mac OS X. Never going back to PCs.

Very intimating for me as a new Mac user. Being over 70 years of age and learning something new has been a real challenge. I only wish I had a reference book (how to use by a dummy guide) along side me. If you are a newcomer to an iMac (going from a Windows computer) you will need someone to help you set it up especially if you also install Outlook. I believe my new iMac will be awesome once I learn how to comfortably navigate through it.

The iMac is fantastic in all ways, other than 1. The mouse. The Magic Mouse 2 is not working well for me on a smooth wooden desktop. Other than that, this computer will do it all, and with the 5K resolution, you can get a ton of windows on the same screen.

This machine is a workhorse! I'm a photographer that uses Lightroom/ photoshop etc to manage my photos. This machine handles them extremely efficiently and quickly! If you're him-hawing on getting this Mac- just bite the bullet and do it already!!!!

I am an admitted Windows 10 user who got fed up. It was a long time coming, but the updates over which I had no control was the last straw. Finally decided to take the plunge and am glad that I did. Had it for a month so far and works great. Very short learning curve. The 27" 5k display is like going from a twin sized bed (always had laptops previously) to a queen. I like photography and editing on it is a dream. Worth every penny.

It is exactly what I was looking for. The boot speed and size of the monitor are perfect for daily use.
