This was an open box purchase, but the condition of the machine was perfect and there was nothing missing. The only indication that it was not new was the retaping job. Otherwise, I love the deal I got.

Use it for the business and fast reliable best ever

Has a flash drive as well as the hard drive. Fast, great screen, I do wish you wouldn't have to use web browser for Hulu and Netflix because you can not download the app for them

I have been an Apple lover for over 25 years. I have yet to own a product, whether it be an iMac, iPod, iPhone or iPad that wasn't first class. From performance to design their products are just better than their competition. This iMac is no different! I love the 27" screen, the speed, the built in Apps, everything.

My husband needs high-detail graphics and an adaptive interface. This was the best choice for us. The accessibility options are great and we can zoom larger without losing picture precision and details.

Recently I purchased a new Mac computer, and a new Apple Ipad with wireless keyboard. I couldn't be happier. I had Geek Squad transfer all my information from my old mac to my new mac and they always provide such a great service.

I have been a Windows person my whole life. This was my first APPLE product. I am overwhelmed with the performance. Very happy! Still learning some of the differences between Windows operations and filing systems, but nothing major. I got a great price from Best Buy! I highly recommend this computer.

I really like this computer it is fast great screen size and picture. Only down side is that it dose not have a CD drive you have to purchase it separately.

Love the Imac, even thought the keyboard has stopped working a few times and would not work without restarting the computer. The computer has turned off when it should have gone into sleep mode when not being used. Only had it for about a month, so will watch to see if the problem persists.

My workplace switched to iMacs last year and I thoroughly enjoyed the interaction it provided, and so I switched from a laptop with Windows. Love it!

I really love my iMac. This replaces my older 20" one. The only thing is it's so big I don't really need my glasses but can't quite see it without. Lol Without an external disk drive I can't get my printer connected. But that's no big deal I'll just buy a new printer.!

I love this better than the older model. Some small glitches so far.... quickbooks doesn't work well on the 5K screen yet. Texts too small when using logmein.com etc

I switched from PC's to Apple computers. We are very satisfied with our decision. We love our IMAC. The Apple rep was very helpful when we bought the computer.

Got incorrect computer by mistake. Took back to Best Buy and they couldn't have been more supportive to apologize and make right everything plus discounts for my inconvenience. New iMac is great and Apple care support via phone is better than excellent!!

Although expensive up front cost, if it lasts as long as prior iMac then we'll worth it. Best Buy with good price. No Apple Store close by.

Purchased a new Apple iMac after saying goodbye to our iMac of 10 years. The obvious choice was to replace with another. Went with the large screen and 2tb fusion drive. Couldn't be happier. ** Does fall off line with multiple windows being open. Have charter.
