Unfortunately, the salesman at Best Buy was not at all helpful, so I'm learning as I go. Not having a tower is a plus. This computer is very sleek and looks perfect in my apartment. Doesn't seem as fast as I thought it would be, and that's why I rated it at four stars.

We were surprised when we got to Best Buy and saw the actual size of this desktop. It was much larger than we expected and this made us love it even more. If you love Apple electronic you'll be amazed with the imac! Beautiful appearance and great performance. Pictures are clear and crisp. I love the all in one, and the minimal amount of cords seen. Truly a work art as always with Apple. You won't be disappointed.

I went back and forth between this computer or just getting the Thunderbolt Display since I already had a MacBook Air and honestly just needed a larger screen for editing photos on. I decided to go for it and upgraded my whole system. I knew it was something I would use for many years down the road. I've extremely happy with my purchase. The Retina 5k Display is impeccable...photos look amazing. I would buy it again and again for the screen alone. I'm no computer expert but this one is so worth the plunge, especially if you're going to be doing a lot of photo editing!

The iMac runs as expected, the display is incredible and surprisingly good sound quality.

You can't go wrong with an iMac and I strongly recommend the upgrade to the Fusion Drive.

This is my first Apple computer. I became sick and tired of windows because the software always become frozen or takes forever to complete the task. I have not had one issue since i bought the iMac. It takes a little getting used to the software, but it works seamlessly. The picture is outstanding, it boots up in seconds, but is an awesome machine. It is expensive, but worth every penny!!!

While traveling I use my MacBook Pro 15" and finally needed a desktop replacement so I opted for 27" iMac. Off the shelf the iMac gives me the speed I need with the 2TB Fusion Drive although, I feel I would gain a bit more with the i7 chipset. So far I'm pleased and would recommend this product to anyone looking for a great computer which is as close to plug and play as it gets. Enjoy!

We bought this system after my wife's mid-2011 imac gave up the ghost. She was reticent at first to move to the larger screen but now that she's gotten used to it, she loves it. Import of old settings and applications was effortless -- just plugged in the old system's Time Machine backup drive, started migration assistant, and we were good to go!

It meets my needs and is so much faster than what I was used to with my macbook pro.
