I was in need of an iPhone charging cord my cat chewed on my cord. I went to Best Buy and an associate guided me to where the charging cords were explained which was suitable for my phone. He was very professional, took his time to explain. I was very thankful for his help. He saved me time with his assistance. Unfortunately, I forgot his name if I ever recall or return back to the store to purchase anything else, and if I recognize him, I will bring it to the manager’s attention. That’s how kind, professional, helpful the associate was with me.

My little brother just got his first iPhone. He got an iPhone 11 and the charger that came with the phone wasn’t long enough to reach his bed. Luckily, apple products offer a longer charger and the best thing about bestbuy if that they offer discounts on select items. This charger was cheaper than the ones at Apple location and I would highly recommend to get one at bestbuy.
