I bought a different brand and the cord stop charging my phone wouldn’t recognize the charger happy bought the Apple version.

Does what it’s designed to do. Still intact all this time.

The Apple cable seems to be priced by brand versus actual cost to produce. They get great margins. Glad I bought deal of the day.
