So this is an awesome product. Unlike my other reviews, I'm all about this cord. Reason being is because I can use it in my Ram 1500 and it charges super quick. Back in the day, I would have to use the plug to charge quickly because the lightening cable only did a trickle charge. This one... is awesome! The only con is the astronomical prices that Apple gets away with charging for a dang cord. I mean come on... it probably costs somewhere between $0.05 - 0.25 to make this product that they charge over $20 for. It's crazy.

After years of being a fan of Samsung cell phone, I've decided to switch to an Apple phone. To my surprised, I was a bit disappointed that my Iphone11 didn't come with a cable nor a block to charge my phone. Which I had to spend $20 for this 3.3' charging cable and another $20 for the fast charging block! Although I was disappointed with Apple for being cheap, but this is a great charging cable.

Good product overall.
Should be 5 dollars cheaper being that it is a charging cable but it’s Apple so it is what it is. Works great with my Aukey USB-c power plug which is faster than the one Apple sells.

I'm rating a USB cable...must be a slow day. Seriously, there are a lot of non-OEM options for cables, and a wide range of prices.
Many of you know there's actually a small computer chip in the Lightning connector, and these produce heat, which eventually can discolor the connector, make it brittle, and eventually cause it to break. While after-market cables still work quite well, I've purchased mostly Apple-branded cables, as they ultimately seem to last the longest. Whether two after-market cables is a better value than one Apple, is hard to say, but I travel and need the reliability. I also dislike repairing and/or discarding too many cables over time, so I accept the extra cost of Apple OEM. The rubberized insulation over the years has improved too, and if you coil-up the cable when not in use, they last for years. Not everyone does this, but if you don't, try it. ;~)
USB-C is still a little pricey, and Thunderbolt is simply ridiculous. However, if you have any kind of modern laptop, there's a good chance these are the only ports you have available. Going with a couple of OEM USB-C's is probably a good idea, particularly if charging an iPhone to a newer MBP.

best way to charge your phones, ipads, and apple products. I use usb c adapters for all my apple products not a single problem in 20 plus years, only time apple drops the ball is the fact they charge alot for their stuff but the quality is always there.
Definately get one if you have a iphone 12, ipad air 8th or newer apple product. the recharge time is fast......

USB-C is so fast, I see why some people are set on technology moving from the standard USB to this. I bought this cord before I traded my XS and it charged so fast, I’ll never go back. I’m also able to plug my phone into my iPad Pro now too so that’s great. If you’re wondering why your off-brand quick charger isn’t so quick, try this out.

This Is just another excellent product from Apple. It Is a bit pricy but it Is Apple and as the old saying goes you get what you pay for. The knock off cables should not be considered when. You want to charge a 1000 dollar product.

I bought this as a spare cable to keep in the living room to charge phone on USB ports built into Soffa original cable is still working just fine. I have always trusted Apple products a little pricier than other cables on the market but I know I won’t have any issues with it

Apple's USB Type C-to-Lightning Cable might come at a relatively expensive price point compared to other finds at Amazon, however, it gives you the reliability that comes with Apple products. Perfect for MacBook users as it allows owners to charge or sync their phones with their MacBook. Also, owners have the ability to take advantage of fast-charging by pairing the chord with the MacBook USB-C adapters.
Positives:
- One Year Limited Warranty that comes with every Apple Product
- Fast Charging and Syncing
Negatives:
- Pricey compared to competitors
