this is the second time that I had to go to Best Buy to purchase a power adapter and the second time that I was given the wrong one by the Apple expert in the store. Not only did I have to take time out of my workday but then the store did not accept phone calls. I ended up taking my business to apple where they know what they are taking about. SUPER FRUSTRATING

The cable that I ordered is defective . It does not work. I bought it online, it was sent to me in the rural area that I live in. I tried to take it back, but I was one day late to do that.

Should not have to buy a new charger for a 2 year old computer, expensive and probably won't last like the previous one. Have to buy Apple since the alternate brands don't work. Frustrated!

I have owned my computer for a year and have had to purch 3 charging cables already they just quit working and they are very expensive I love my mac but hate the charger

Bought this for an open box laptop that was returned. It ended up being cheaper buying a new computer.

I purchased from best buy because I wanted an original mac adaptor to replace my adaptor that broke after just over 1 year. I purchased my my macbook air from Best Buy a little over a year ago and it is already no longer supported by Best Buy. The Best Buy employee provided me the incorrect adaptor and I had to return it. The next time I came in the Best Buy employee recommended and adaptor to make my laptop compatibility which was also incorrect. I would like there to be an employee that has better knowledge of mac products. Since best buy had no product available for me in the store or online I had to buy an aftermarket online.

Apple is wrong for putting something out that wears out in under a year! I have never had issues with my PC chargers but after a year, this one is already showing signs of fraying and that's with the $10 "cord protectors" I put on it. I shouldn't have to buy cord protectors for this...it should be made right.

It gets to hot and the computer will not charge until you unplug it and plug it back into the wall

This is a ridiculous price for a charger even if it's an apple

I did not pick this item up curbside, they say I did. I tried to call the main line for best buy after a long time on hold and back and forth they told me to call the store. I could not get through easily. I disputed it with my credit card company. I'm pretty disappointed that the main line couldn't fix this.

I hate apple products, but thank you for carrying it. I was replacing one of my kids items from school. For the purpose of product review, it works fine and is still working. I have it a 1 star rating only because it's apple. The reason i don't like apple is because everything is proprietary and cannot be replaced with anything but apple junk.

After purchasing the charger to replace my old one I took it home to charge my laptop. The charger was HOT within 1/2 minutes of being plugged in. It’s been a while since I had it but with everything going on with COVID I just haven’t gone to exchange it.

Power cord is durable and strong. Great Apple product!

This charger is the worst! I needed a new charger for my Macbook Pro 15-inch and thought that this would suffice. I WAS WRONG. Please be sure to check your charger watts before purchasing an apple laptop charger. My computer literally dies while on this charger!
