Works like it should but it should not be so costly. The reason so many people do not by the OEM parts is because the functioning alternatives are so much more affordable.

The magnetic feature to this charger is one of my favorite features. The speed for which it charges is also great, the length of the wire also helps me tremendously. Overall, this charger has never given me problems, it’s my favorite type of charger. Highly recommend.

Excellent charging cable. So much safer than plugging into the USB-C ports. Trip on the cord and it easily disengages from the MacBook. I purchased an open-box 'excellent' cable and it works perfectly fine.

In a strange town, unfamiliar with a lot of of the retail stores in the area, and in dire need of a charging cable for my laptop. Remembered seeing a Best Buy on the way in, gave them a call in within an hour was able to pick up the cord. Also, spent another hour walking around the store, amazed by all of the electronics and such available! Have been using the charging cord ever since the purchase
