At first, I had some doubts, but to my surprise, the product arrived in perfect condition—completely new and, most importantly, an original Apple product. Everything works flawlessly, and the overall experience exceeded my expectations. Delivery was also excellent; the package was left safely at my front door. I would definitely choose open-box again. Five stars for this experience.
