    All went very when I went to Best Buy to exchange an IPAD given to me by my siblings for my birthday! I wanted an IPAD mini (not the bigger one they gave)! The guy who helped me was great as was another associate who showed me how to transfer everything from my old mini to the new one!! Thanks to all! Diana Drew

    Great product and my daughter loves it. She is doing to graphic design with the apple pencil (gen 1) and it all works flawlessly. I feel I paid a decent price for the iPad and am reassured with Best Buy down the street from me, if I have any issues they will help to resolve as they have in the past.

    screen smaller then I thought but it works especially when coupled with zoom in options available. brightness adjustments are also really nice and particularly useful because Foreflight can only be run on ipad
