    Order was shipped on 9/9/21 with a non working tracking number. 9/17/21 still haven't arrived and tracking number is still not working. Upon order shipment apple care was activated. I feel cheated out of however many days it'll take to receive the ipad!

    I’m seriously so disappointed. All that Apple talks is about quality and technology. And seriously didn’t last 6 months. I’m shocked!!! I have never dropped this IPad. Horrible quality zero durability.

    Whoever bought this using my phone number or email did it without my knowledge or consent! I will be checking my financial accounts very closely to look for other signs of identity theft!

    We returned the iPad and went to Apple store and purchased a like iPad and they helped transfer our data from old IPad to new one. Very disappointed withBest Buy.

    Worst service ever, I will not return again. Pickup was suppose to be max of 10 mins and it took them 2h. No one should ever to go bestbuy.

    After much frustration I still can't get it to work right. Not everything transferred over from my old iPad. Sorry I bought it.

    Geek squad will not transfer info from my old one to the new. Was told differently when I purchased it. Now it sits in the box.

    Great iPad! Never had a problem. We’ve had it for 3+ years. Everyone gets to do what they need to do without a problem. Battery lasts long when fully charged.

    I used this for drawing and I absolutely loved it. It’s the perfect size and is great for art creation. The only thing I would change is having swipe on the keyboard.
