My family uses Apple products because they are reliable. My son had the iPad mini 2 for a long time.. then one day he accidentally crushed it. An accident done well.. no fixing that iPad. Well, knowing it was an accident I got him the new iPad mini; and wow is this thing powerful. Just because it's small, doesn't mean they didn't pack all the latest tech inside of it. The battery life is amazing, the screen is crystal clear and the has plenty of power to play all the newest games. After setting it up for my son, it made me want to go update my old iPad Air to something fast LOL. This thing really delivers in all aspects and the price won't break the bank. This tablet is also perfect for on the go because it's small enough to be easily stored away unlike the bigger models.

I love my iPad mini!! I use it for reading, YouTube, occasionally movies/TV, and browsing the web. It's so great to keep handy for taking phone calls/texting/browsing the web when I'm at home (since I have an iPhone all of my calls/messages are synced). I basically use this in place of my phone whenever I'm at home. The larger screen is much nicer to use for most applications. This particular model is very snappy too, no issues with performance and the battery life is fantastic. I don't really do a lot of mobile gaming but I do have an Apple Arcade subscription and the games I've played on here have been very smooth. I've had larger iPads but the mini feels like the perfect size for me.

I purchased my first iPad mini back when the latest was mini 2. When the screen gave signs of giving up, I purchased the newest update, mini 5. And I have LOVED it. I am happily making the necessary mental adjustments to the newer apps, and enjoying the improved operating speed. I've always preferred the iOS interface over that of Windows, plus the iPad is eminently more portable than my laptop. I do not carry a cell phone but my iPad fulfills many of the same functions. As with my first iPad, the finish on the iPad mini is naturally slick making it somewhat difficult to hold onto while using, especially taking photos. I feel that a cover is mandatory!

I have the iPad Pro for work and an iPhone and I always find myself reaching for my mini. I just love the form factor and size. Its perfect for reading, just curling up in the evening and catching up on the news, etc. I wish that Apple would make a mini Pro that would be a dream for me. But overall this is a good update. Its very fast, no lag at all and I have the new iOS 14 beta installed and it works great. The screen is crisp and colorful and honestly my iPad Pro is a bit better screen wise but not a ton. The mini has higher density and is very colorful so I highly recommend this. And let's all hope that Apple gives in and makes a mini Pro for us die hard mini fans.

Pretty fast version of Ipad. The screen is gorgeous and perfect for reading, watching movies or playing games. All day long battery life. Small enough to be in hand bag. My wife loves it.

The iPad mini has always occupied a unique niche between an iPhone and a "real" tablet. It's large enough to make it useable (in a pinch) as a computer while traveling, yet it's small (and especially) thin enough to fit unobtrusively into a backpack or even a jacket pocket. And when you add cellular service (which I did not this time around as wifi is now so pervasive), it's just about the perfect information appliance to use while traveling. Even though 64GB doesn't sound like a lot of storage, it's more than enough for a ton of movies, TV shows, books etc. The upgrade from the 4 to the 5 isn't all that great, but it does seem a bit faster and you get the option of using the pencil.

I love this iPad I have purchased 3 for all my children. I wouldn’t change it for another.

This is the very first iPad I've ever purchased! And honestly I have never had one problem with it! My 4 year old son & I use it to play games with NO LAG! I love it! 64 GB gives me plenty of storage for tons of family photos and games for me to download! It comes with a fast charger and it has been a life saver! It charges extremely quickly and honestly very glad Apple included that! The speaker is fairly loud so you won't have any problems with music, movies or games. The greatest thing about the mini is that it's small & lightweight; so it is easier to hold for long periods of time! Hardcore processor NEVER LAGS! Highly recommend this!! You don't know what you're missing out on until you own one!

This is just an amazing tablet. I was able to get mine on sale which made this an amazing deal. The only thing I would like in the next gen is four speakers and next gen design with small bezels and better battery life. Otherwise this is the perfect portable iPad that is made more for fun than work. Media consumption, games, internet browsing and more all work flawlessly. The a12 processor is super fast. 64gb storage is the base amount I can actually live with. Until a revision with new gen design this is simply the best, most affordable iPad you can get and I would say best Tablet you can get for the cost period!

Moved up from a 2nd generation iPad mini after that finally gave up (wouldn't hold a charge very well). The speed increase is amazing. Works just like before so the transition was seamless. Loaded up and started without any issues and felt just like my previous iPad only better. Love the extra memory for more apps and storage compared to my previous iPad mini which I kept having to "manage" the space. I couldn't wait for the new one and don't regret it at all. I just love the smaller size when compared with the full-size iPad's.

Have wanted to upgrade my IPads I have 2 others both older still functional but not able to upgrade software so was thrilled that my darling hubby (after listening to me gripe) said go get another iPad! Yay! Really didn’t feel like I needed regular size. I like the idea that I can slip the mini into my purse! So very happy with that! I really like Apple products have IMac, iPhones, Apple TV, Mac Laptop now my mini! Everything connects makes life easy! The clarity on the mini is impressive, easier than anything to operate! Transferred all my info no glitches (always remember to backup)! Was really sweet! Camera really works well no guessing love all the features!

Perfect size with a great camera and very fast. Easy to setup and I use it as a remote control via my URC app. Very happy with this purchase

Only $70 more than the iPad with a much better screen and processor. I also prefer the smaller size, perfect for reading books.

Super love this! The only little challenge at first is having to adjust back to older features like using home button since I have iPhone 11. Kinda strange to go back and forth iPhone 11 & iPad mini that they have different features. Other than that, it’s great, perfect size, very light, easy to use and purchased it at a good price when it was on sale during Black Friday. If it did not go on sale I probably would’ve waited for the upcoming 2021 iPad mini which is supposed to be same size yet have newer features similar to the new iPhones.

I have (or have had) almost every version of the iPad - "regular," Pro, and Mini - and the mini is my favorite. I like that it's substantially bigger than my iPhone (for web use, document edits, etc.) but still lightweight, fits easily in a side pocket of a bag, and can be used (in most cases) with one hand - or at least without taking up a lot of space and/or needing a stand. I do still use my full-size iPad at home (mostly to control smart devices and randomly look up things seen on TV) and my iPad Pro for some work things (email - with a keyboard), but for travel and everyday use, the Mini is my favorite.

I have had several tablets and much prefer the minis. This one replaces a mini I bought eight years ago, which I still use for some things but can’t be updated anymore. I use this mainly for reading ebooks and games, but it’s also great for video, taking pictures, etc. It’s lightweight and comfortable to use. And what can you say about Apple? It works. I inherited a full-size Lenovo and when you update it, it removes all non-default apps and data. What?! Apple is fast, seamless, and secure. You get what you pay for.

This iPad has a beast. So fast and efficient. Battery lasts for days and a perfect travel device due to the price.

I love my mini iPad, so easy to carry, even while hiking and takes good pictures and fits in my pack easily.

Great iPad for general usage, I love the size and physical home button. I'm not a super big fan of gestures, but having Touch ID on an iPad is still really nice to have. The A12 is still extremely fast even in 2021, and can run anything I throw at it. I mainly watch videos on my iPad and a couple of games, and it hasn't stuttered for any of the applications. Would recommend
