Super fast and lightweight. It becomes really evident why it's worth the few extra dollars when watching videos or using apps with intensive animation and highly responsive interfaces. For me the larger models were ideal for use but not for easy inconspicuous transport. The 9.7 inch iPad Pro was the perfect fit for my budget and my bag. Very powerful for work and personal use. The four speakers offers great sound which is good for gaming and movies. Easy to grip and work with onboard keyboard or optional. Add on keyboards.

I had an IPad 4th gen, and with all the updates over the last few years it didn't operate as smooth as when it was new. The iPad Pro is such an impressive upgrade, and now has 256G memory for plenty of movies and TV shows. I switched everything to Apple a few years back and things have been so much simpler. I will be replacing the rest of the family's older iPads over the next year with iPad Pro's.

I upgraded from a much older ipad and love this device. Lightning fast and love the fact that it's offered with 256G. Still can't get rid of the lap top, but can have a lot of fun with this ipad.

I love my iPad Pro. It has so much room for all the items I want to download. With 256 GBs I can download every app, every movie and every song that I may want to hear. The quality of the picture is excellent. With four speakers, I do not need to add any Bluetooth speaker to watch any movie or TV show that I may wish to see. I would strongly recommend this product to any of my friends.

I tried the hole mini iPad and was not all that impressed. I have had many iPhones and liked the 6+.... So, when I had room in budget for the iPad Pro. I went and got it. I use half of the 256GB HD for my digital movies and rest is for apps, and music. I use google sheets for work and with the IPad Pro Its much easier then on my phone. Easy to zoom in and out on almost every thing.....

I was considering buying a small laptop for travel reasons (needing something compact with more capacity). Unfortunately while considering my options I dropped my old 64 GB iPad cracking the screen. This prompted me to reconsider my options and I went with the 256GB iPad. I am glad I did. It is an excellent alternative. I have the extra memory I wanted in a compact package.

I've had an iPad Mini w/Retina for a few years, and it still works fine, but got tired of bumping up against the 32G ceiling. Went for the new iPad Pro 9.7 w/256G, hoping it'd last me forever. Best Buy having the recent $100 off promo on newest model finally got me to take the plunge. Maybe it seems like a small thing, but I really like the Touch ID on this one that my old mini didn't have. Also glad that they didn't lose the headphone hole, since I use it for a stylus lanyard when not for headphones. The new external speakers are a great improvement! Topped it with Apple's Smart Cover, and so far I really like that (I have a full leather case on the mini). The Cover gives easier access to buttons & ports and keeps the lighter/thinner feel, etc.. Only small downside is the slipperiness of not having anything on the back of the case, so I have to be a bit more careful. So far, I really like everything about this device. Fast &, smooth, nice, big and beautiful display, and lots of storage! Easy to recommend.

As usual apple came through. This pro has tons of memory! I love love It. It is also faster on all apps and anything I am doing on. The pro can do excel and word also, great feature. I rarely use my laptop anymore, my iPad s are my go to. This pro 256 is my sixth one. I use them all. Apple products are so user friendly. Can't say enough good things about the iPad.

This is the second I-pad I've owned and the improvements over the second generation I-pad are noticeable. Very fast processor and great camera are the first things that come to mind. This I-pad Pro has wifi only, but previous I-pad was cell capable and we never used it so we decided to go without the cellular option. Also, with Best Buy price match, got a great deal!

This is my second iPad, and I love it even more than my first one. It's lighter, thinner, sleeker, and most importantly, it has a TON of memory. I wish it had even more, but I primary use this to download movies and TV shows to take with me when travelling. I no longer have to worry about choosing just a few movies to take with me like I did with my old iPad.

Perfect size and capacity. I have an Mini Air Pro 4 also, but like this better for working, photo, and streaming purposes. Love it!

I have 4 other iPad tablet models and this newest iPad Pro 9.7 model is an excellent addition to the tech toolbox. I wasn't a fan of the original larger size but the 9.7 is ideal for visibility and transportability. The ePencil is great for docs signing and cursive note taking/drawing and the added storage space (I got the 256 gb) is real helpful.

I have no personal great love for Apple-specific products and got my first iPad several years ago after using various android based products quite successfully, but with unhappy limitations in OS and app development. The previous Retina 4 I got was not good with wifi and I figured it was just Apple, since the warranty replacement had identical issues. I endured it for several years, until I got this new 9.7 Pro. It's great with my "old" apps and I got the largest capacity so I can freely add apps. WiFi is far superior to my old iPad 4 and able utilize signal even when it's weak! The screen is crystal clear and while I don't need a lot of media, I am discerning in my music quality so was pleasantly surprised that it was quite acceptable for my limited uses, especially with my specialty earbuds! I use it primarily as a tool for teaching private music lessons and it has easily downloaded, surfed and pulled up whatever I need quickly and efficiently. I wish I had updated sooner and am pleased with the quality of this device. Getting it with the added bonus of 2 years to pay with no interest made it infinitely affordable, so doubly good for my growing business of teaching.

I prolonged an upgrade until I just couldn't take it. The decision between the 9.7 and 12 pro was the toughest part. I chose the 9.7 due to familiar size and need for a smaller foot print for my type of work. Works great, fast processing, great resolution but noticed that I have to hold the power button longer to turn off. Small gripe.

I ordered the 9.7 iPad Pro a week before the new 10.5 Pro came out. A great price, 12 month BB financing, and Apple care purchased and financed thru BB...a great Best Buy deal. However, the 10.5 had better specs, a larger and better screen, faster processor, etc. for only $100 more. So I returned the 9.7, unopened, and I will be ordering the 10.5 this month. I gave the 9.7 four stars rather than five, because of the pricing. If there had been a $200 difference between the two models, then I would have kept the 9.7.
