The third generation airpod sound quality is great but they keep coming off of the ears while walking, exercising or running. I would recommend this product only if it fits in. Individuals have different ear lobe structures therefore for some it fits in really well and for other it doesn't. Try it out first on your ears before you keep them for long. Sound quality and connectivity is just great.

The Apple AirPods 3rd generation are very good for sports and fitness. The earbuds and case are very light, small, and feel sturdy enough to withstand a few accidental drops and bumps. Their stability also depends on the shape of your ears since they have a one-size-fits-all design.
