Hurt my ears, it feels uncomfortable in both ears.

Slides out ears with most head movement but good performance

Unfortunately, these did not work for me. As soon as I placed them in my ear, they continued to fall out. If you were to spend your money, definitely get the ones with the rubber tip.

I have to forget the item on my phone and connect over and over and it makes phones even if you don’t asked to call is really bad product this time

Don’t waste your money buying these. I tried them and one stopped working before my return date passed. Returned and purchased the AirPods Pro.

the sound is going out of BOTH headphones literally after a month. Gonna have to buy new two months later because I can’t take it anymore. Absolutely NOT worth almost $200.

I bought this AirPods and one day after the Best Buy return period one of the AirPods stop working. Took them to the store and they didn’t even try to help me. Will never buy from them anymore. Your service sucks.

Not for me, makes my ear hurt. They’re loud but you can still listen to the outside noise. Bulky and looks like heading aids.

Absolutely horrible. I have no idea what Apple was thinking with this product. Falls outta the ear very easy. Do not like the AirPods.

Hurts my ears and has no silicone cushion to comfort ears and doesn't play loud at all

almost 3 months later the left airpod is blew like the old ones, it’s not as loud as the other one and never been exposed to something damaging

This the second pair i have brought that have broken within a month with one airpod just not working all of a sudden.

Bad customer service. Minute you walk in they treat you like a you are a criminal or are about to steal. Hate coming to this store. Never again.

these air pods do not connect, poor help from apple service. after the debacle of buying these in store i will avoid best buy

Horrible, doesn’t stay on the ear and it hurts the ear after few minutes. It doesn’t have rubber cushion. Don’t waste your money and buy. I returned back .
