From the moment I opened the sleek packaging, I could tell Apple had taken everything great about previous models and pushed it to perfection. So far so good. It has only been a couple of days, but it’s been super clear, it’s comfortable, it fits into my ears pretty well. I also like the new design of the size of the case, and the headphones. Battery life has also been amazing so far. I finally replaced my gen 2 AirPods. Only thing I’m trying to get my AirPods accustomed to is hanging up when I double tap it.

Finally, an air pods version that takes a usb-c charger! I purchased the most basic version and am not disappointed. Great sound, long battery life and a reasonable price. Overall great buy, and I highly recommend! (Also, they stay in my ears well- even during exercise and yardwork-, and according to my daughter, the stems on this newer version are shorter, which are apparently more stylish.

As someone deeply embedded in the Apple ecosystem, I was excited to try the AirPods 4 and they largely deliver. The redesigned earbud shell is lighter and reportedly more comfortable, and I found them stable enough for daily use though I’d still test the fit for longer sessions.  Sound quality is a clear step up from previous generations: fuller bass, clear mids and integration of Personalized Spatial Audio add real value.  On the flip side, the open-fit design means the noise isolation is modest at best — if you’re commuting in a loud environment you’ll notice ambient sound leaking in.  Also, the lack of physical volume controls on the stems means you’ll often rely on your device or Siri for that adjustment.  Overall, if you’re looking for premium wireless earbuds with excellent Apple-ecosystem integration and improved audio, the AirPods 4 are a smart choice — especially if a tight seal isn’t important to you. Just know that if you work or travel in very noisy settings, earbuds with stronger isolation might still be worth considering.
