    the headphone’s are very good. The open box item was still connected to the email of the forst owner. Best buy give me the option to just drop by and fix it.

    They work Great, loved how they sound & Operate, however they would not be stay in the ear, they just fall out, & if you have long hair, they get lost in your hair, then when you try to find it, it falls out & could hit the floor. We returned them for the Air Pods 2 with the rubber Tip.

    Sound quality and all features are great. However, just like the 3rd gen and both pro versions, no matter how I positioned these in my ears they hurt. Another pro of this version is that they don’t fall out. But again, still hurt.
