The sound quality is great, but the AirPods tend to fall out of my ears very easily. I actually bought these after losing a previous pair for the same reason, and unfortunately, just a few days after getting them, I lost the left one again. Even though I signed up for AppleCare, it doesn't cover lost items at all, which was really disappointing. Now I'm just carrying around one AirPod. Is there any way to get a replacement or partial coverage for a lost side through Best Buy? I’d really appreciate any guidance.

I’m coming up on 1 year since I purchased these and they’re still doing amazing. I seriously love the noise cancellation on these. It’s also great how the noise cancellations deactivates when you’re talking to someone in person then reactivates. I mostly wear one AirPod in while at work, but they’re also great when outside of work. Definitely recommend them!

As a HUGE Apple fan, these are by far the best iteration of the AirPods brand! Fit is excellent, sound quality is the best so far, and the pricing is great (imho)...

I used to own AirPods 3, but these are a better fit for my ears, tends to stay in better without the need to adjust them so often. Now the sound quality is far better, with the added noise cancellation it makes all the difference! Definitely recommend for those looking to upgrade!

This are the AirPods 4 noise canceling I would say that you actually will find yourself hardly using that feature. I usually use one AirPod and the noise cancellign is somewhat good like I said you will barley use it unless u have both pods in both ears and the noise canceling isn’t the best either with it doing good besides if you’re eating be ready to hear your chew. So if you have the money buy the noise canceling ones if not then js stick with the cheaper ones.

I like these a lot. I bought them for my wife, but they are a lot bigger than the previous model. So if you have small ears these will not fit your ears very comfortably. I use them now because they fit perfectly in my ears.

The headset was very good, and I was happy with it. Later, I found a better price and contacted Best Buy for a price match. They were very helpful and made the process easy.
