This was the perfect gift for my grandson. I purhase an uograde for him and he loved it. I felt the noise cancellation was a plus! I may get a pair for me!

Works well and what a difference in an open office setting. It offers a lot of customization which is helpful but made set up a little intimidating.

I don’t like that it’s a pressure sensor rather than the tapping, but the auto recognition of conversations is wonderful and very helpful.

As far as headphones go, these are just middle of the road ok. They will never be half as good as a decent pair of over the ear noise cancellation headphones. They are ok for what they are if you don’t expect too much. I do like that they are portable. The worst part of these, for me, is the horrible Bluetooth range - I go further than around 15 ft and they start cutting out. Turning off noise cancellation doesn’t help. My old pair of gen 2 have much better Bluetooth range. I overcame this by just playing music straight off my watch paired directly to the headphones instead of through the phone. If I do need more range, I have to pull out the Bose headphones.

Volume goes up and down randomly. Turns off randomly as well. Otherwise good. Doesn’t fall out the ears like others.

The best thing ever to my ear especially for work!!

I own the apple pods pro 2, but I find myself using these instead. I can wear them all day long and the ol' ears don't hurt. I can't wear the pro 2s all day like I can these. My only complaint is the lack of volume control.
