I dropped my right ear bud in a 200 degree phoshate tank at work and it was in there for at leadt 5 to 10 minutes. Long enough to deform the headphone a bit after 3 days of sitting in the case i oulled it out to see if it would work and it still does no crackling or anything. I cant say its perfect because its alittle quieter than it used to be but ultimately still works just not the button anymore.

Fits perfect

The air pods 2 have better noise cancellation and are more comfortable. Although the quality is nice and one prefer newer things. ( they didn’t come with case or charger)
