Love my max. Much better noise cancelling and comfortable for long flights. Sounds great too. The finish is also more durable than I expected

although this iteration of the airpods max is barely different from the original one released four years ago — the only things that have changed are the transition to USB-C and new color options — this is still the best premium over-ear headphones for the apple ecosystem. the airpods max continue to offer seamless pairing, fluid device switching, quality sound, excellent noise cancellation and transparency mode, as well as unique aesthetics. worth purchasing if you can stomach the unchanged $550 MSRP.

This was my daughter's #1 request on her Christmas list. While I feel these headphones are pricey, she is in love with them and says the music quality is amazing. She has only had them since December 25, but hopefully they are built to last. She will be wearing them for workouts and general listening.

I love to listen to music when I workout and the sound quality of these headphones is amazing and they look good. I would recommend getting these headphones would be an excellent choice

Noise Cancelling is top tier! They are heavier than most over the ear headphones but not uncomfortably so. The "clamp" does exist and I am a glass wearer but again not uncomfortably so. Seamless with all apple devices! Only CON is no power off button.

These are fantastic! If you are an apple user and you are looking for great audio quality and superior noise canceling, then these are a great option for you. The only downside is the battery life is not as good as the Sony options, but they will still give many hours of use before needing a charge.

Didn’t really see the hype regarding these headphone, but daughters wanted them so…Christmas morning I put a pair on, and couldn’t believe the quality of the sound. The bass was rich , and the “roundness” of the sound full and balanced.. Buying them from Best Buy was easy, and on sale was a plus!

However, they’re pricey, and the included case offers minimal protection. Overall, excellent but expensive headphones.

Sound quality is where the AirPods Max really shine. The audio is rich, detailed, and well-balanced, with deep bass, crisp mids, and sparkling highs. The Active Noise Cancellation is top-tier, blocking out ambient noise with ease, while Transparency Mode feels natural and surprisingly useful in everyday situations.

I’m extremely satisfied with the Apple AirPods Max. Been eying this for a long time and caught a pre-owned for a good price, looks like it was returned shortly after buying. Sound is great, nice with the usb c that i don’t need to carry an extra lightning cable. Pair it with my steam deck for a great game experience. I recommend it but only if you can get it near or lower than 50% off

I was hesitant to spend this much on headphones, but the AirPods Max in Purple have completely won me over. The build quality is unlike anything I've used before — the aluminum ear cups feel solid yet surprisingly comfortable over long listening sessions, and the headband sits perfectly without any pressure points. Sound quality is exceptional. 2 main issues: - Not good for any sort of call. Phone call, zoom, google meeting. Meant for music listening exclusively. - The size, they're not the most travel-friendly headphones. But honestly, for home and office use, they're hard to beat. The USB-C upgrade is a welcome change and charges quickly. Battery life has been solid, I get through full workdays without needing to recharge.

They are very comfortable and great at blocking noise.

I have been waiting years for the price to come down on these but a recent album release by my favorite band demanded that I invested in better headphones. I wanted to give the music justice. I have beats from before but have barely touched them after buying the AirPods max. The noise cancellation is great, the seamless way the headphones connect between apple devices more than outweigh the extra cost. I would get so agitated at using my beats on my iPad and iPhone. The hassle having to switch manually between devices to get the Bluetooth up and running was a small annoyance until I bought the max. I see now what I was missing. My only gripe is the pads, they get dirty pretty quickly and I haven’t figured out a way to clean them that works without damaging them. A black pair would have been a smarter choice because I live in these headphones now. I recommend 100 percent.

These are the best over ear headphones on the market. They’re comfortable and the sound quality is superb. Despite the price, they are well worth it.
