Great item. Glad I bought from Best Buy and not retailer

I love this headset. It looks and feels high-end. I love the sound. I love the design. Sadly i had to return it by the evening after i got it. You just cannot use it for more than 30 minutes. It just feels so uncomfortable and heavy. I tried to convince myself to overlook, but i just couldn’t.

Always hesitant to buy apple products, but this time I believe they’ve changed it up and made something great! Bought them for my girlfriend for Christmas and she loves them!

This was purchased as a gift and was exactly what they wanted!

I was not happy of this because it did not give a full noise cancelling feature. I was amaze though that it automatically cancel from my phone. I don’t have to manually disconnect it.

Bestbuy really needs to look into this matter. It seems pretty often recently that it sends out refurbished AirPods Max as open box new. I bought three open box new but they all had stains and about 6 months Apple warranty left. One of those got confirmed by Apple that was Bestbuy-refurbished and it didn’t do the job right. There is a mismatch of the left and right pod.

Great sound definitely worth it, bought my wife a pair.

I have a small head and they are heavy, squeezed and hurt my head. However the noise cancelation and sound features on this product are awesome but not worth the price tag and to be uncomfortable.

Excellent-until today. They quit working properly, but I’m sure Best But will do the right thing and fix or replace.
