Meh! Overpriced and could be better for the price IMO. They are built very well and really comfortable but there are better for 1/2 the price. I love Apple products but $549.00 should bring studio quality sound with a much better battery life. Cmon Apple do better for less.

Terrible experience - my order was never delivered and stolen from "Roadie" the corrupt 3rd party delivery service best buy uses. I reported immediately and called, emailed, chatted agents at Best Buy. They gaslit me and never issued a refund or even a gift card for the value of the stolen airpods. I was completely robbed of $500+ and will never shop at best buy again.

I was so excited for these. I had Sony xm5s for a couple years. The noise cancelling is a game changer for working from home! I bought these Dec 3 and less than 2 months later the noise cancelling/transparency just stopped working. Sound still played but my very pretty, pricey headphones didn’t serve the purpose. Buyer beware because Apple is not Apple anymore. They’re terrible at customer service and product development. I’m deep in the Apple ecosystem and have been for 20 years but yet again I’m questioning why. Pretty headphones that don’t function and don’t get fixed rapidly even with Apple care + aren’t worth it. I’ve put some Sony and beats headphones through the wringer. These things were babied for the ~6 weeks I had them.

I expected more but its just another over the ear headphone.

The best price is at Best Buy when is on sale. The sound is fine but not the best. I wish an on off bluetooth button and a coiled cable the same color of the headphones.

I honestly don’t see the upgrade in sound being enough to justify the price. I had the pros and I don’t hate the max but they don’t stay on my head the greatest when I’m working out. I also ordered the covers for the cloth and have to wash them after every use because another thing about the Max is they make you sweat a lot. Battery doesn’t seem to last as long either
