Drove a total of 3 hours (mostly in traffic) to get home n find out that they didn’t hold a charge. Got them “open box” with the condition saying “Excellent” . They were scratched/dirty and the box was also damaged (i do understand they weren’t going to be BRAND NEW, hence “open box”) however, they told me they were inspected before purchase which the name of the person was ripped off the description that says “inspected by ——“ They were ALSO still paired to the person prior which employees are supposed to make sure they disconnect when returned.” When calling the store, you can’t speak to any team members (bellflower outlet location) so they direct you to customer service which told me I had to drive ALL the way back which is a lie. Ended up calling the closest Best Buy to me and they let me return the item. I should’ve listened to the reviews from this location.

Sounds good but there should be a way to thrn it off when it is not in use.

Ok product if you're an Apple fan. Pricey! There are options with similar features/lower price.

I really wanted to love these, but honestly, I’m pretty disappointed. For a product this expensive, I expected the sound quality to be at least on par with the hype, and it just isn’t. The audio feels flat and underwhelming, especially compared to other headphones in this price range. It makes absolutely no sense why these cost what they do if the main thing—the sound—doesn’t fully deliver. Yes, the build quality is great. The materials feel premium, and you can tell a lot of thought went into the design from an engineering perspective. But even then, when I actually put them on, they didn’t look that great. Kind of bulky and awkward—not really the sleek, stylish look I expected. If you care more about brand flex or material feel over pure sound quality, you might like these. But if you’re focused on getting the best audio experience for your money? There are definitely better options out there.

Amazing but it has software issue. It take me 10-15 minutes to connect them to the iphone 14. It says connected on blue tooth but the phone will not switch over to head phones. Restart the the phone, on and off blue tooth, i tried it all. Software in the headset is messed up.

Ok headphones would like more bass in the sound quality

The sound is muffled when you talk on the phone but otherwise the product is great for noise cancelation.

The headphones are just ok. I think I was expecting more for the price. The battery life sucks and the connectivity is too sensitive to all my Apple devices especially if they are close range. i wish I purchased the Beats Studio instead.

Too me they sound crisp, great in all modes but I can’t stand the weight of them, they also make my ears sweat within 30 mins of wearing them

It's good not great. Same as the lightning port. The connectivity for the lightening port was better

Buttons are delayed when i pressed the button it was delayed by like 3 seconds and the buttons are very confusing.
