I really liked the quality however reliability is a concern - the headset stopped pairing with my within a week. Even reseting it does nothing. Apple would be well to incorporating an off button into it

Amazing but it has software issue. It take me 10-15 minutes to connect them to the iphone 14. It says connected on blue tooth but the phone will not switch over to head phones. Restart the the phone, on and off blue tooth, i tried it all. Software in the headset is messed up.

Drove a total of 3 hours (mostly in traffic) to get home n find out that they didn’t hold a charge. Got them “open box” with the condition saying “Excellent” . They were scratched/dirty and the box was also damaged (i do understand they weren’t going to be BRAND NEW, hence “open box”) however, they told me they were inspected before purchase which the name of the person was ripped off the description that says “inspected by ——“ They were ALSO still paired to the person prior which employees are supposed to make sure they disconnect when returned.” When calling the store, you can’t speak to any team members (bellflower outlet location) so they direct you to customer service which told me I had to drive ALL the way back which is a lie. Ended up calling the closest Best Buy to me and they let me return the item. I should’ve listened to the reviews from this location.
