Poor Noise Cancellation feature! I’m returning to Bose Quiet Comfort headphones. Shame on Apple!

Horrible! No equalizer unless you use Apple Music. On phone calls, the other person says I sound horrible. Not what I expected for a $500 pair of headphones. Returned them and got another brand. I’m very happy with the new pair.

I thought these would have been more of a black but they were more of a dark dark blue than a black. I returned them the same day immediately after opening so I can’t say anything about quality or how they sound

Not worth the price I would stick with my AirPods Pro’s.

not a fan. far way too heavy. i got a headache 10 minutes into wearing them.

I purchased then returned these open box/used so my review is solely based on that. The color should be called barley black. Side by side with the space grey it's nearly the same color. The previous owner never un-paired it from their "Find My" app so I had to pair it every time I used them so it was a big hassle.

Bad ..... they never came in and best buy refused to send another replacement ... this is a scam make sure u put insurance

I connect to my desktop PC but the connection is very unstable. The headset feels comfortable and i appreciate the wireless aspect but my head is literally 2 feet from the computer and the connection drops a lot.

Aesthetic wise, they are amazing. But truthfully, when you are working out with them, the headphones get soaked, making your music or any noise coming out of it sound like it is underwater. For this price that shouldn’t be an issue.

did not receive item was excited to buy this. i ordered same day shipping. never came lost package and they never gave me my refund. they said they will and never did

The sound is good but the battery life wasn’t the greatest

came quick and in perf condition! i’m absolutely obsessed with them. so comfy, cute, and the sound quality is perfection. coming from first gen airpods that were on their last leg, this was a much needed and appreciated upgrade. the noise cancellation is fabulous as well!

They are heavy and make your ears sweat And the noise cancellation is not that good

Best Buy allowed my identity to be stolen, and the thief got away with this purchase. I did not buy them.

Ok, for the price these things suck. After a few months it becomes a struggle to connect to the iPhone. I have to drop it from the phone and start over connecting it at least once every day. Too expensive for this hassle.

The mic broke right before he put it on. He went to adjust it and it just fell off

my item was never deliver - best buy did not take responsibility and they refused a refund or replacement. never purchase anything from BestBuy online unless you want some headaches .

NOT LOUD ENOUGH , save yourself some money and just get airpods
