Not comfortable, heavy and Audio quality is okay at best

Honestly not worth the money, not good for someone who uses them to mainly workout

The open box item arrived but was assigned to someone else's Apple ID, so I had to return these for a refund.

Only thing you buy really with this product is the name. It feels very cheap.

Had to return them. The sensors were faulty meaning everytime I took them out of the case they wouldn’t connect or recognize that they were on my head. New pair works fine though

Best Buy is a scam! I DO NOT recommend buying from them especially online. I ordered a Mac that was never delivered & they are taking no accountability. Customer service is complete trash, conveniently no one is s able to help with issues, you’ll just receive excuses that a ticket was made with no further explanation.

Sound was okay but if you want any bass then get something else. The ear covers made my ears/head itch during use.

I would never buy anything from Best buy again. Happy holidays

Brought them and they didn’t work at all. Had to keep them on a charger to talk on them

Very good sound quality and noise cancellation and aswell as the noise transparency. The look of them are also very appealing and I tend to put them on just for the look of them. In addition the button's are very easy and straightforward to use, and aswell as the battery life being very good. These headphones are very simple yet great and I would definitely be purchasing them again in the distant future!

Stopped charging after using it for 3 months. I took it to the gym maybe 3x and then it stopped

I been wanting these since they came out but never had money for them since my parents paid for my stuff baxk then but now that i bought them myslef WORTH THE WAIT sound quality blew me away even the bass was pretyy good despite apple not being so base heavy battery life is pretty good as well as comfort i heard people say they get heaxy but as someone who wears glasses i can wear them for long periods with no issues NO REGRETS BUYING

It’s ok. The noise cancellation sometimes feels like going deaf in one ear or another.

They started malfunctioning right after I left San Francisco. This was a bad restock I was sold.
