My new favorite friend! lol I love these headphones! I am someone who uses airpods often, but the airpod max is stellar. The sound quality is great and I don't have to worry about them falling out of my ear. These are also my favorite color. I purchased the open box version and saved 30%. Great deal.

Apple, let me make it clear to you. You cannot make a pair of headphones that will get a 5/5 by me if there's no power button. Your engineering team is better than this. Audio quality is excellent, active noise cancellation works about as well as my XM3's, and the feeling of these headphones is definitely premium. It's still just a shame that Apple refuses to let you turn off these headphones when you want. And for a refreshed model, only adding the Type-C connection is a pretty underwhelming upgrade. But, complaints aside, these headphones are still great. Just gotta live with the strange choices from Apple.

Not the best headphones but still alright. Out of 10, I’d give them a 7. Have had issues with them and have had them replaced 2 different times, the first time I had them replaced was 2 days after purchase… Battery life is really good. Sometimes there are connection issues if you use them a lot and sweat builds up.

We ordered this item online, but discovered that it had been purchased by another relative as a Christmas gift. Our local Best Buy accepts our return and immediately processed a refund. We really appreciated the convient service.

Absolutely love. Was given them as a gift last year for Christmas. But unfortunately never got to use them cause my ex took them back when we broke up after I caught him cheating. (I finally bought them for myself.!!)

Excellent headphones to pair well with my Apple devices. Great sound quality, Spatial Audio features are great. I wish it had a better way to experience lossless audio over bluetooth or wireless connection; however, iOS native features outweigh that.
