Good audio, no control

However, I miss the audio/volume control that you get with wired Apple headphones. The Air Pods Pro have a "force sensor" on the sides that is supposed to offer control, but it barely works. Apple Care decided my original pair should be sent in for repair or returned. Best Buy allowed me to easily exchange them but the second pair are just as bad as the first. It seems most people don't realize this feature is supposed to exist... only 1 of the 12,000+ reviews here even mention it.
